A well-respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a full spectrum of Building Surveying services including design and specification, condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments.

In this role, you will forge and maintain strong relationships with a prestigious client base, acting as a trusted advisor and consistently delivering exceptional results.

Additional responsibilities include supporting business development efforts, overseeing project finances, and contributing to the growth and leadership of the team, including recruitment and mentoring.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to take on a dynamic and varied role with clear paths for professional growth and advancement.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be a proactive and client-focused professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Building Surveying services.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior staff is a bonus
