This well-established consultancy specialises in delivering new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, retail, office, healthcare, leisure, education, and residential markets.

Their core services include design and project management, measured surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, project monitoring, party wall matters, expert witness services, and dispute resolution.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing both professional and project-focused services to an impressive portfolio of clients.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a proactive and self-motivated individual.

• MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
• Have significant experience in professional and project services within the commercial property sector
• Exhibit excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively
• Knowledge of JCT contracts, design specifications, and project management
