We are recruiting on behalf of a large, reputable organisation based in Leeds who are looking to add an experienced Senior Business Administrator to their team to support their operations and contribute to their continued success.

The Senior Business Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across various departments in addition to supporting directors. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and various departments.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and consistency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes to enhance team productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and information flow.
  • Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Manage and oversee junior administrative staff, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to support company goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally in a large or fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong administrative background. 
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
