Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll bridge the gap between commercial, operational, and IT departments, ensuring seamless delivery and transformation of SMART water meter projects.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and define water business processes, customer journeys, and third-party interfaces.• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.• Create and manage project documentation, including operational delivery materials.• Drive user acceptance testing and oversee smooth transitions from projects to BAU.• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.• Mentor and manage the water project team, fostering growth and excellence.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a results-oriented professional with a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.Essential Qualifications and Experience:• Degree or relevant professional qualification in business analysis.• 5+ years in a business analysis role, leading complex projects/programmes.• Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with third parties.• Strong skills in business process modelling, data analysis, and database interrogation tools.• Ability to deliver business solutions balancing time, cost, and quality.Desirable Experience:• Background in energy, metering, or water industries.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.• Familiarity with data security and confidentiality practices.Skills and Attributes:• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.If you’re ready to lead the transformation of SMART water metering solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
