Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid Working - Outside IR35

Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with MGA experience to join the team on a hybrid working basis with the client site based in London. This role would be Outside IR35.

Key Details:

• 10-years+ in Insurance (retail or wholesale).
• MGA, Insurance experience
• Must be hands-on.
• Must be business facing and have worked closely with senior leaders.
• Experience of at least 1 global programme.
• Experience leading UAT and / or Training (including building the materials and delivery)

Role Responsibilities:

• The elicitation, analysis and validation of both business and technical requirements to an appropriate level of detail to enable effective development of business requirements and new or changed software, systems and business processes.
• The management of requirements throughout the whole of the delivery lifecycle. Facilitating if necessary, the negotiation of trade-offs that are both acceptable to key stakeholders and are within budgetary, technical, regulatory and any other constraints.
• Establish a Product Roadmap for Global Platforms/Services.
• Providing input to manage product sprint cycles, working with the business to prioritise change, agreeing sprint scope and acceptance criteria with the business and development team and tracking the associated progress.
• Managing the relationship between global and regional IT, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, Data and Finance teams, involving each stakeholder as required and ensuring that all understand and agree the requirements.
