Our mission is to provide the best possible person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Demand & Innovation Team to support this goal.In this brand new position, you will provide high quality, outcome-focussed business analysis to our technology landscape, both business as usual and across our portfolio of complex change projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving business change by analysing, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our company.The role demands a proactive individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills, who will be dedicated to building strong partnerships in order to deliver an exceptional service and ultimately help provide safe, effective, and premium care experience to residents.This is a permanent, predominantly remote position with occasional travel across the UK, particularly to Inverness and London. We are offering an impressive rewards and benefits package, including:Competitive starting salary c. £60-62,000 per annum25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysFlexible, remote workingUnlimited access to our generous refer a friend scheme, earning up to £500* per referralAccess to a wide range of retail and leisure discounts at big brands and supermarketsFree access to medical specialists, who are available for a second opinion if you need to make a decision with confidenceConfidential and free access to counselling and legal servicesRequired experience and qualifications:BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within a technology healthcare, social care, or a similarly regulated industryExperience of analysing business requirements and preparing user stories and detailed acceptance criteriaExperience defining end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and business processes, and translating business requirements into actionable technical specificationsAbility to work with and influence senior users within a rapidly changing business environmentProficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Flexible to travel across the UKRole and responsibilities:Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand and document current processes, pain points, root cause analysis, and opportunities for improvementConduct detailed analysis of business processes and systemsDevelop detailed "as-is" and "to-be" process maps, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organisational goalsLead the business with end-to-end thinking to enable holistic view for digital transformation initiatives
