Purpose of the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with M&G's objectives and supporting its transformation journey. This role requires leadership, advanced analytical expertise, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to drive effective change.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring Business Analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and resolving analysis-related challenges.
• Developing business cases and operating models aligned with project and strategic objectives.
• Defining and documenting business and technical requirements, including epics, user stories, and workflows.
• Overseeing testing and operational readiness to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish technical vision and analyse usability-performance trade-offs.
• Supporting change management and preparing training documentation for effective system adoption.
• Analysing and reconciling information to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.

What we require from the candidate:

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience delivering high-quality projects.
• Advanced facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Expertise in business analysis tools, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative, customer-focused solutions.
• Experience with transformation projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational goals.
• Collaborating with implementation teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of testing strategies and change management processes to support project success.
