Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Manager London - Perm£120,000 - £130,000 per annumManaging projects of varying scales, from large, complex initiatives to smaller tactical tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Responsabilties:* Work on a range of projects, from large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple partners to smaller, tactical deliveries.* Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and sequence tasks, and assist in creating cost-benefit analyses.* Manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.* Analyze complex business processes and suggest alternative solutions and innovative approaches.* Translate user requirements into recognized documentation formats, including specifications, user stories, and workflows, and secure stakeholder sign-off.* Coordinate with the change function to prioritize features, prepare user stories, and define deliverables for releases and sprints.* Publish high-quality business requirements, maintain functional specifications, and review other analysts' work to ensure quality.* Assess the feasibility of solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivered system meets business needs.Skills:* Expertise in identifying, capturing, and documenting detailed business requirements effectively.* Proven ability to facilitate business stakeholders in drawing out clear, focused, and unambiguous requirements.* Comprehensive experience across the full project/development lifecycle.* Strong experience interacting directly with end users and business stakeholders.* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, from technical staff to board members.* Ability to support business case development and perform cost-benefit analysis.* Over 5 years of business analysis experience, with specific expertise in asset or wealth management.Qualifications:CFA Level 1/2 #LI-PB1
