Are you a seasoned professional from the recruitment or event industry? Flair Events People is seeking a Senior Business Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity with strong potential for progression into a directorial position, including the added benefits of a company share scheme. Our office is based in a rural town south of Manchester with local shops, free parking on-site café and gym. This is not a hybrid role and dominantly office-based on weekdays.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Collaborating closely with our sales and event staffing operational teams to drive business growth.
  • Strengthening and expanding our client base to ensure continued success.
  • Delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Account Management overseeing detailed workforce supply, 360 recruitment and event operations.
  • Bringing strategic insight and business acumen to help shape our company’s future.
  • Optimizing team performance and contributing to a high-performing workplace culture.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals ensuring compliance with labour laws and UK employment regulations.
  • Develop forward-thinking strategies, manage strict timelines, and ensure accountability for targets to achieve successful delivery and drive growth.

We need a strategic thinker and a proven leader with:

  • A solid background in the recruitment or event industry at a senior level. Flair is an exciting mix of temp desk deliver and operational event management.
  • An in-depth understanding of business operations and what drives success.
  • The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and a focus on tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable with B2B Sales, delivering tended and driving new opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational manner with forward thinker.
