Senior Cafe Chef/Cook

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 p.a.

Battle, East Sussex

Daytime Hours. Weekdays and Weekends.

We are looking for an experience Senior Chef or Cook that can manage around 150 food covers for breakfast and lunch producing breakfasts, homemade soup, sandwiches and lunches, whilst also overseeing ordering, stock management and overseeing the management of a small kitchen brigate.

The site has a lovely, friendly, family atmosphere and is an incredibly popular cafe in Battle area.

Requirements

• Experience cooking for around 150 covers per day.
• Ability to manage a small team in the kitchen.
• An understanding of health and safety.
• Excellent customer services skills.
