A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a Global FMCG business who are going through a sustained period of growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving brand recognition and sales growth by delivering high quality and creative campaigns.
The Role;
- Develop and lead brand campaign plans, collaborating across the marketing team, to ensure integrated plans are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Designing multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions, to drive new customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
- Developing media plans, working collaboratively with the media agency and digital team
- Direct line management of a Campaign executive
Yourself;
- You will have gained experience working in a branded enviroment, leisure/hospitality would be advantageous
- You will understand the importance of marketing in driving sales growth and be passionate about the identification and the delivery of effective marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills & able to work to tight deadlines
- Expierence gained in direct line management would be beneficial, however not essential
- Your interpretation skills will be excellent with the ability to turn insights into action
