This privately owned development is meticulously crafted to cater to the comfort and wellbeing of our residents. With 45 beds, many featuring wet rooms or en-suite facilities, and showcasing sweeping hills of the countryside, our residence offers a tranquil escape. Featuring multiple lounges, dining areas, and abundant spaces for relaxation and socialisation, Stoneswood exudes a warm and homely atmosphere.As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:
  • Coordinating handovers 
  • Delegating tasks to staff 
  • Managing medication administration
  • Providing leadership and support to the team
  • Assisting with meal times
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Overseeing the overall shift 
  • Assisting residents including personal care, and medication
  • Offering support and companionship
  • Completing checks to ensure of comfort and wellbeing
In order to be considered as a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will need:
  • To embody our values of teamwork, care, integrity, and respect
  • Knowledge of care plans
  • Have good communication skills
  • A kind and caring nature with a passion for enriching lives
  • Experience within a care environment, coupled with leadership involvement
  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care
