Senior CASS - Meraki Talent Limited : Job Details

Meraki Talent are working on behalf of a leading investment management firm who are looking to appoint a Senior CASS Governance professional.  I am looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate the ability to ensure compliance with FCA CASS rules, supporting operational teams, managing risk, and embedding a CASS-compliant culture across the business.   Working with key stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Investment Management, and Regulatory Reporting, you will provide a key role, ensuring collaboration with Compliance, Operational Risk, and Auditors.  Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on CASS regulations, resolving queries and supporting process improvements.
• Assist in maintaining CASS policies, monitoring breaches, and delivering audit/assurance support.
• Develop training materials and promote a CASS-compliant culture.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure effective reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with risk teams to identify, manage, and mitigate CASS risks.
