Avencia are currently partnered with a global insurer who are looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Energy team in London. You will handle a mix of Energy Claims including Upstream, Downstream, Renewables and Terrorism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value and complex energy claims.
• Drive customer-focused claims management, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to enhance claims processes and service delivery.
• Produce quality reports and offer innovative solutions to improve team performance.
• Develop strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Energy and Renewables claims preferred.
• Ability to handle complex coverage issues and negotiate calmly.
• Strong analytical skills to improve claims performance.
• ACII accreditation or working towards it.
