Are you experience within FNOL? Seeking a new role? Look no further!

Our client is seeking a senior claims handler to join their team in Diss.As a member of their team you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, including insurance brokers, insurance companies, accident management companies, solicitors, and occasionally private individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to handle new claims related to non-fault or partially disputed road traffic accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of new claims from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence with interested parties.
  • Promote services to clients and associated parties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, responsible parties, insurers, solicitors, and other involved entities.
  • Use our case management system to follow up on outstanding issues, such as witness reports and third-party details.
  • Arrange the delivery of credit hire vehicles from our extensive fleet, ensuring clients receive the appropriate vehicle at a safe and convenient time and place.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with team members and referrers.
  • Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the office at the start and end of shifts.
  • Assist the team manager in developing the FNOL team.
  • Conduct file audits and provide feedback to the team.
