Role Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice on trusts, tax, and estate planning
• Leading and mentoring a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and client satisfaction
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their long-term financial goals

Candidate Requirements:

• CTA and/or STEP qualified, or a strong desire to work towards a STEP qualification
• Extensive experience within UK practice, particularly in trusts and private client services
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality advisory services
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
