Role Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor for financial and strategic advice
• Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
• Delivering innovative business advisory services, identifying opportunities to add value for clients
• Providing leadership to a team, mentoring and supporting their professional development

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice
• Proven expertise in accounts, tax, and business advisory services
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing a high-performing team
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Commercially astute, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering results
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing competing priorities
• A collaborative and adaptable professional committed to delivering exceptional client service
