Senior Client Manager - Walsall - PBR Executive Search Limited : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse portfolio of clients
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients
• Lead a teaam, overseeing the production of the work to deliver a fantastic service
• Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio
• Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience
• Contributing to our growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients
• Undertaking ;larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider accounts team
• Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery
• Coach and develop the accounts team and line reports

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Have practice experience as a practice manager or assistant manager
• Have worked with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses
• Be tech-savvy with a knowledge of CCH desirable
• Be a superb leader that energises those around you
