Senior Commercial Finance Analyst (Finance Business Partner)- Hounslow

£65,000 - £73,000 pa + 14-20% bonus per year + impressive corporate benefits package

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (including some international travel), 2 at home

Essentials:

Technical capability in providing business partnering and financial control for two divisions. The role will work closely with the finance team and provide decision support, key analysis and reporting that will drive insights. Corporate environment experience preferably from a Retail, FMCG sector, E-commerce, B2B preferred - Man-management experience (2) is also preferable

Key Responsibilities for the successful Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

Sales Account Management:

• Month End Reporting: Provide insightful reporting on performance, including KPI reporting, FX movements and finance dashboards for two divisions:
• Review monthly gross to net balance sheet for account accruals to ensure adequate cover, and have clear overview of FX management on the Balance Sheet. Support month end reporting flexibly as required including commentary on YTD performance and variance to budget
• Lead co-ordination of customer P&L's and communication to sales on a regular basis ensuring visibility of portfolio of customers full P&L performance and driving insight to action
• Lead monthly financial account reviews to ensure all risks and reserves in GP have been identified - YTD and Full Year forecasts
• Provide insight and development of the accounts - provision of full financial support, insights and direct involvement in developing account strategy
• Latest estimate and forecasting

Leadership / Management

• Manage the leadership, development and coaching of 2 direct reports ensuring setting clear priorities and goal setting to business objectives

Project, Process Improvement

• Provide project, process improvement and control
• Lead representative of relevant business projects
• Support in budgeting with Corporate Finance and FP&A function
• Ad-hoc reporting

Experience required for the successful Senior Commercial Financial Analyst:

• Qualified; ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Experience in a Commercial Analyst role
• Proven and substantial experience a brand / FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / B2B environment
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
• The role requires some travel which although limited is a business requirement
• Excellent communication skills
