SENIOR COMMERCIAL INSIGHT ANALYST - LONDON

UP TO £62,000

THE COMPANY

We are supporting a real-estate client on a highly influential senior analytics hire.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Commercial Insight Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Analyse cost control, cash flow drivers, and pricing strategies to improve profitability
• Investigate meeting room operations (space usage, rental income, booking efficiency, staffing costs) to identify and remove inefficiencies
• Understand what drives value for customers and benchmark against competitors
• Own customer satisfaction surveys, build Power BI reports, and shape business strategies from design to execution
• Work with operations, IT, and sales to turn insights into action and drive measurable improvements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Commercial Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Background in consulting or commercial analytics
• Strong data skills - SQL & Power BI (Tableau/Looker also fine)
• Curious mindset with a passion for driving change
• Strong storytelling skills, translating data into clear business actions
• Familiarity with Python/R (not essential, but a plus)

THE BENEFITS

The successful Senior Commercial Insight Analyst will receive a salary of up to £62,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
