THE ROLE

• Design and optimize credit risk strategies for customer acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage Data and Analytics- Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, forecast risks, and create models to predict customer behaviors and creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance credit risk policies and frameworks.
• Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure the success of acquisition strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging risks, and innovative credit assessment techniques to keep our strategies best-in-class.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure our risk strategies are integrated into the customer journey seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Credit risk experience, with a strong focus on acquisition strategy in fintech, financial services, or related industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools; experience with credit scoring models is a plus.
