EXCLUSIVE: PART TIME SENIOR COMPLIANCE MANAGER – FUND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

£150K + Bonus & Bens (3d pw pro rata )                                                         HYBRID (LONDON)

We are exclusively recruiting for our client, a niche US Hedge Fund, looking for a Compliance Manger to run day to day Compliance in London. Reporting to the US based Head of Compliance (& Registered SMF16) duties will include;

• All FCA Liaison
• Horizon Scanning on all FCA regulations especially those effecting trading
• Ongoing advice on trading matters
• Work closely with London Head of Marketing on Distribution & Financial Promotions 
• Advise on Pan EU trading & distribution (alongside external counsel when needed)
• Advise US based Operations Team on any UK reporting needs

You should have at least six years FCA Compliance experience from Investment Management whether a similar in house role or a compliance consultancy. Any experience of Hedge Funds or of Structured Credit useful although full training provided, however you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up on the detail and fit in to a small firm and v small London office. The role is based on 3d pw and attendance expected Tuesday, Weds & Thursday (though the firm v happy if part time those days to suit child care or avoiding rush hour commuting etc, then the other hours made up WFH on Monday & Friday)
