Remote-based role (UK only) - travel required

Salary: £45-£53K

I'm looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join our client's fully remote-based events team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Direct experience producing and growing high-quality B2B conferences independently.
• A commercial mindset to craft commercially viable agendas and uncover opportunities for event growth.
• A strong team player who thrives in a remote-first environment - positive, collaborative, supportive, and reliable.
• Ability to work successfully in a small, growing and remote-based company. Things will change, you need to be comfortable working in an agile business. You will not have access to the vast array of resources big corporate events businesses provide. However, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a founder, MD and directors and senior level professionals who will support you and celebrate your successes!

The key tasks you will be responsible for:

• Producing UK, overseas and digital events with varied formats; summits, round tables, awards, webinars...
• Research the market to identify trends, hot topics and challenges; the topic is complex and vast so an organised and structured approach to the research is essential.
• Use your research findings to produce a commercially viable, content rich and insightful agenda that will engage members and new members.
• Speaker recruitment - identify and secure the best speakers
• Working with colleagues to create a great event experience
• Identify opportunities for growth in the format and new launches.
• Opening / moderating when required
