An innovative and dynamic Project & Cost Management Consultancy, renowned for excellence in delivering complex projects within the built environment, is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their Birmingham team.

This pivotal role offers the chance to step into a leadership position, with advancement to Associate Director level.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will provide crucial leadership across a diverse range of commercial development projects, including office spaces, retail locations, logistic and industrial units. Involving front end infrastructure work, dealing with Green field and Brown field sites and opening them up with new roads & utilities.

From inception through to completion, you will be instrumental in steering project management strategies that ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects.
• Provide expert advice and leadership in the development and execution of project management plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the projects align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Drive the team towards achieving excellence in project delivery while maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in construction project management, particularly within the commercial or infrastructure sectors. Essential qualifications and skills include:

• A degree in Project Management or Surveying from a recognized institution.
• Accreditation from relevant industry bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
• A strong track record in a consultancy or development environment, showcasing substantial experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Previous Project Management experience in a UK Consultancy
