A well-established and growing Construction Consultancy is actively seeking a motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team based in London.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will seamlessly engage in diverse projects across the Heritage, Education, and Healthcare sectors. This role involves overseeing intricate refurbishments of museums, globally acclaimed theatres, schools, higher education facilities, hospitals, and research centres.

The accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager collaborates with commercial and design management teams, focusing on cost and contract management. They take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, monitoring design activities in alignment with the program and milestones.

Additionally, they play a mentoring and supportive role for junior team members.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Degree within Project Management, Construction, Design or Engineering
• Beneficial if RICS Accredited
• Consultancy based background
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised and enthusiastic
• Full drivers licence
