The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be a key player in a vibrant and dedicated team. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and influence high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.

Your role will include:

• Overseeing and driving the progress of projects within the Commercial and Leisure sectors, with a particular focus on office developments.
• Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
• Demonstrating leadership in managing and motivating project teams.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy, design, or contractor setting, showcasing a strong track record in project management.
• A BSc/MSc degree in Construction Management or a related field, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge in the industry.
• Accreditation such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Building), underscoring a commitment to professional excellence.
• An ambitious, hardworking, and knowledgeable approach to work, coupled with a passion for the construction industry and project management.
