About you:?Join our global marketing team as a Senior Content Manager in our fast-paced Recruitment division! You'll lead content strategy to drive pipeline through organic traffic, working closely with our Demand Gen and Digital teams to create impactful, demand-driving content.We're looking for a results-driven content marketer with a knack for generating leads and experience leading a team. If you're proactive, data-savvy, and ready to make an immediate impact, this role is for you.Day-to-day, you will:? • Develop and implement content marketing strategies across the full funnel, focusing on buyer personas and creating tailored content for each customer journey.• Take charge of content-driven pipeline delivery, managing an editorial calendar, producing various content formats, and continuously optimizing based on performance.• Collaborate with the digital team to create top-tier website content, drive conversions, and execute ongoing SEO improvements to boost traffic and MQL volume.• Lead a small content team, support demand generation campaigns, and oversee quarterly content planning to align with broader marketing goals.? Your skills and experiences might also include:• B2B Content Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in creating and executing integrated content marketing plans focused on inbound lead generation and meeting business KPIs.• Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong writing abilities, an editorial mindset, hands-on experience with SEO, web metrics, and familiarity with digital tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.• Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.• Proactive & Adaptive: A self-starter with high energy, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing cross-functional teams across time zones.What are we all about??
