Senior Contract Manager - Government Contract - NonStop Consulting Ltd : Job Details

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Manager, with a background in Construction.

This is a 12 months contract on one of the largest Government construction programmes and it will be performed mostly remote.

Details need to remain vague at this point, due to the nature of the assignment, however some requirements that are central to all three roles below:

Requirements:

• NEC contract framework
• Knowledge and application of Public Procurement Policy
• Commercial contract drafting - familiarity with T&Cs, drafting, amending
• Experience in working with the Legal departments
• Eligibility to get a DV Clearance or an Active SC ideally for a quicker start.
