I am working with a highly regarded top 200 firm with a particularly strong presence in the Midlands that are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join their highly regarded residential property team.My client are looking for someone to join their fantastically situated office in Birmingham City Centre, and play a major role in the team by taking on a varied caseload as well as assisting junior solicitors and trainees with more complex mattersTypical caseload will include:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases 
• Unregistered property
• New Builds
• Shared Ownership matters
• Auction Property
• Remortgages and transfers

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in handling residential conveyancing transactions.
