Job Title: Residential ConveyancerSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)Location: Leeds

Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, the largest direct conveyancer in England and Wales who is at the forefront of the conveyancing market. I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and collaborative team to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.

Duties include:

• Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
• Leasehold title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
• Dealing with enquiries on a sale
• Limited involvement on shared ownership/Newbuild transactions
• Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
• Carry out AML & SOF checks

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience essential (minimum of 2 years running a sale and purchase caseload)
• Experience of dealing with leasehold essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure
• Good team player who can work on your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail

Package:

• £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
