An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a well-established, expanding high street practice in Bristol. This role offers the chance to lead a new office with stunning views, while also having the flexibility to work from one of four other Southwest locations, along with hybrid working and a focus on work-life balance.

You'll have the autonomy to build your own team and grow your department, working closely with the accounts team and benefiting from strong business development. With three additional Solicitors joining by June (outside of Conveyancing), now is an exciting time to get on board. We're looking for a motivated individual with a drive to build a team, with a clear path to Directorship.

YOUR DAY TO DAY* Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring excellent client care and compliance* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, developers, and financial professionals.* Drive business development and networking, leveraging the firm's strong local connections and contribute to marketing and social media initiatives to promote the firm's services where necessary.* Support and mentor junior team members, assisting with recruitment as needed.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Level 6+.* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.* Strong business development skills with a willingness to attend networking events.* Proven track record of billing and handling complex property transactions.* Experience in team management or mentoring is desirable but not essential.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing team.* Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and progress within the firm..
