Senior Conveyancer Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer - Reed : Job Details

An expanding firm in Newcastle is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to contribute to business development. The firm welcome candidates who have the ability to bring clients and who are looking for a role with significant responsibility and excellent developmental and progression opportunities. The successful applicant will manage a large caseload and will have the opportunity to work on both residential and commercial matters (experience in both is desired but not essential as training can be provided.) 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a substantial caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
• Contribute to business development activities and client relationship management.
• Handle both residential and commercial conveyancing responsibilities, depending on experience.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental goals and client expectations.
• Stay abreast of legal developments in conveyancing and property law.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a large caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Strong background in residential and/or commercial conveyancing (as a solicitor or licensed/unlicensed conveyancer). 
• Excellent client care and business development skills, with the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing complex transactions.
