Residential Conveyancing Solicitor A reputable firm in East London are expanding their conveyancing department and an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join their team has come up.  

• Manage caseloads, transactions, and client expectations.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and regulations; ensure accurate billing and fund distribution.
• Provide legal advice, draft documents, and supervise paralegals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential property caseloads, experience with commercial is advantageous.
• Knowledge of property laws, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
