Our client, a global leader with over 75 years of experience, is expanding its Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) team, supporting major MOD projects in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact tier 1 defence projects with GDVs ranging from £100 to £500 million over the next five years.

The RoleAs a Senior Chartered Cost Manager within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) team, you will play a vital role in managing large-scale projects, providing expert cost management for key MOD clients. While experience in the defence sector is an advantage, the essential qualifications include RICS chartership (or an equivalent qualification) and exceptional communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
