Our client is seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller looking to step up or an established Senior Credit Controller seeking a new challenge. The primary objective of the role is to ensure that tenant debts are recovered in an effective and timely manner, in line with client requirements. You will also have the chance to mentor and coach other members of the credit control team, ensuring high performance and technical skills are maintained.

As a Senior Credit Controller, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that tenant debts are recovered efficiently. You will work closely with various stakeholders including surveyors, clients, and other team members to devise the best strategies for debt recovery.
