SENIOR CREDIT STRATEGY ANALYST

COMPETITIVE SALARY UP TO £80,000

HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE)

This opportunity enables you to work alongside talented individuals, within an exciting and innovative fintech, focusing on developing the business' acquisition strategy. You'll be given the autonomy and responsibility to create rapid change and directly influence business strategy.

THE COMPANY

This fintech is leveraging its rapid growth and consistent funding to expand its credit risk function and scale the business. It provides innovative financial solutions to a range of customers across the UK and nurtures a data-driven work environment.

THE ROLE

• Develop and optimise the company's acquisition strategies, identifying new opportunities whilst balancing risk
• Monitor and enhance the full acquisition funnel and journey
• Support commercial initiatives across the business, providing expert data insights
• Design the CRM strategy across the full lifecycle

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in both SQL and Python
• Credit risk strategy development experience - Acquisition strategy experience is a strong preference
• Strong educational background in a STEM degree
• Strong drive to work in a fast-paced, independent environment
