The new formed role of Senior Loyalty and CRM Manager will lead in managing the Loyalty proposition and transformation.The Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of new loyalty propositions and also the ongoing running and optimisation of existing activity, ensuring robust annual plans and strategies are in place. As the CRM & Loyalty Manager you'll be expected to take full ownership of the propositions under your care, acting as the lead in all aspects. This is primarily a hybrid-based role with visits to our office at least twice a week. You should be based in the UK and within commutable distance to our Head Office in Crick, NorthamptonshireKey Responsibilities Utilise previous experience to lead the development and optimisation of CRM & Loyalty campaigns to support business objectives with driving customer engagement by collaborating with the wider marketing teams and key functions such as Operations, Online Trading and Finance.Utilise customer data to develop actionable insights and respond to business challenges by building and executing initiatives to meet KPIs, and lead the operational delivery of these.Support the business trading plan, including the supplier joint business plans by developing a CRM & Loyalty calendar to maximise opportunities of share of wallet growth, increased frequency and customer / member acquisition.Propose ideas to evolve the programs based on customer behavior, competitive landscape and internal/external resource.Manage third-party and agency relationships, including loyalty- related tech solutions specialists when overseeing project deliveries and costs.Develop and manage the Loyalty and CRM Executives, ensuring their growth and delivery of objectives.Support the Marketing team with absences and work proactively to support and develop colleagues within the wider Marketing team to drive best practice and establish best in class ways of working.You: You’ll live and breathe our customer-first ethos, with a creative and data-driven approach.
