Interquest have a need for experienced CRM developers that ideally have worked in a local Government setting. Experience of either working with Netcall or Dynamics would be highly advantageous.
You will have experience in working in a Agile environment and have full development life cycle experience. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work at all levels across the council
You will have expert knowledge and experience developing digital services and processes using a CRM system, ideally GovService software such as customer portal (My Account, CRM (Service), Dashboard, Mobile and Forms, and using APIs to integrate with other applications.
Knowledge and experience of Drupal, Monday.com. Halo, javascript, jquery, HTML, CSS, CRM Forms, MS and Ebase
An excellent understanding of the fundamentals of software development and a range of agile delivery techniques, tools and software (Jira).
Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs with experience of writing comprehensive API documentation; including clear explanations of endpoints, request/response formats, and usage examples
