Job Title: Senior Custody Product ManagerDuration: 6 months with the potential of extensionsLocation: 8 Canada Square, London – 3 days in the officePay Rate: Umbrella: £770.59 – Inside IR35Role Purpose:The Senior Custody Product Manager shall contribute provide expert knowledge to enhance and maintain Securities Services Key Accountabilities: • Lead the ongoing development of the Custody product management functions in line with agreed strategic objectives. • Be the Custody Product knowledge expert globally internally and externally. • Drive and manage the products with the objective to contribute to the improvement of the overall profitability of Securities Services, to enhance the client experience. • Manage the custody side of any Client Improvement Plans. • Grow and maintain the overall assets under custody of Securities Services, while promoting client satisfaction, digitization, scalability and innovation. • Take a pro-active approach in developing a comprehensive understanding of the development of the global securities services market. • Represent externally and internally with authority in matters relating to Custody. This will include amongst other clients, regulators, advisers etc. • As a member of the Custody Product Management Team, contribute to the wider development and management of the Product and its team members. Knowledge & Experience • Experience in custody and securities services. • Experience in product management, development and risk management. • Proven track record in driving innovation and demonstrating thought leadership. • Knowledge of global market infrastructure. • Strategic and creative thinker. • Result oriented, able to drive ‘think client’ and ‘think P&L’ approach within defined risk parameters. • Able to manage a complex and multi-disciplinary global environment (‘building bridges’). • Strong leadership qualities of decision making, authority and people motivator. • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing. • Able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time.
