The Role:
With the support of the groups Customs Director, you will be the first port of call within the business (network of UK & overseas offices) for all things Customs related, from Commodity Code classification, the various regimes, form CFSP, Bonded Goods to Carnets.
You would be responsible for auditing Customs entries, keeping up-to-date with legislation, managing systems & building relationships with software companies.
You will also deal with HMRC and manage any queries, within the wider business.
This is a varied role, where you will get the opportunity to travel the UK to various offices / clients. Predominantly officed based in Southampton, but with a flexible approach as you’d expect with a key role within the group.

Salary & Benefits:
For this position, our client is looking to pay Salary of around £35K - 50K depending on level experience.
