This role offers the chance to influence diverse offerings in entertainment and retail through data-driven insights.

Hybrid Working: 2 - 3 days on site required per week.

The Role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will harness complex data to build and enhance dashboards (using Looker Studio) and reporting tools that optimise the membership experience. Situated in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for those who excel in innovative and transformative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine data models in BigQuerytailored to business insights and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, manage, and upgrade dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring they provide precise and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with multiple teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
  • Analyse extensive datasets to detect trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance member experiences.
  • Uphold stringent data quality and governance standards to ensure reliable and accurate data outputs.
  • Act as a business intelligence evangelist, aiding stakeholders in understanding and leveraging analytics to enhance membership value.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable expertise in data visualisation and analysis with a strong focus on Looker Studio and BigQuery.
  • Proficient in SQL with a solid background in database management.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a data analytics role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a dynamic workplace.
