Senior Data Engineer -

My clients are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a start-up feel while benefiting from the support and resources of a large, established organisation.

This is a senior position requiring a modern, end-to-end Data Engineer who can:

• Deliver impactful projects, including new product-based work and upcoming migration efforts.
• Mentor and up skill junior engineers, fostering team growth.
• Build and deploy robust solutions, from scratch when necessary, with a focus on security, user access, and scalability.
• Support the pricing team, the primary data consumers, with actionable insights and solutions.

• Primary Tech Stack:
  • Snowflake (preferred; must have substantial experience building solutions).
  • AWS: Lambda, S3, SNS.
  • Python: Required, particularly for work-flow tools like Airflow.
  • DBT: Experience in data modelling and data vault is highly desirable.
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with tools like Terra form and CDK for deployment.
• Ability to design and implement solutions from data ingestion to production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Exposure to a variety of projects, including new product development and migration work.
