Senior Delegated Authority Technician - Arthur : Job Details

We're delighted to be working with an independently owned Lloyd's Broker to support the hire of a Senior Delegated Authority Technician.You'll be joining a highly collaborative and adaptable company and play a key role in the technical binders team to support the Head of and provide mentorship to more junior team members.Responsibilities will include;

• Create and process Binding Authorities, Lineslips, and endorsements while utilising industry platforms like DCOM, Atlas, and IMR
• Oversee your workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
• Work closely with brokers, underwriters, and technical colleagues to produce accurate documentation and maintain systems
• Develop strong connections with peers, clients, and industry professionals while being the go-to expert for junior colleagues
• Uphold FCA guidelines and company procedures while supporting special projects and resolving complex queries

What you'll bring to the role;

• Proven expertise in delegated authority operations; including the drafting of slips and endorsements 
• Proficiency in industry platforms (e.g., DCOM, LWR, IMR)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to mentoring
• A meticulous approach to documentation, compliance, and client service
