- As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for UKI, you will be responsible for a broad range of outbound and inbound marketing programs to drive qualified leads and resulting pipeline.
- Working closely with the regional campaigns teams you will create demand through digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, ABM and other tactics to drive and progress qualified leads.
- You will be a highly motivated team player who is extremely organized, eager to learn and progress.
- You are confident at managing numerous projects simultaneously and have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency in everything you do.
What You Need To Succeed:
- 7+ years of experience working in B2B technology enterprise marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Track record of delivering pipeline targets through inbound & outbound marketing
- Experience of working in a matrixed organisation to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple sales & marketing teams
- Relationship builder & effective partner to the sales team, ensuring all plans and activities are aligned and driving towards common revenue goals
- Analytical skills to measure and report on efficiency of marketing campaigns and programs.
- BA/BSc Degree or higher
- This is a multi-disciplinary role, giving broad exposure across all areas of marketing. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with marketing software such as Marketo, Drift, Salesforce, ON24, and more.
- Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
- Previous experience developing, executing and managing events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, online advertising, sponsorships, target account marketing, hospitality and direct marketing campaigns.
