• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PR & Content.
• Lead digital strategy discussions and plans.
• Ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Providing regular performance reports to clients.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends in the Media & Agency industry.

Profile

A successful Senior Digital Account Manager should have:

• Strong experience within a client services role.
• Previous experience managing multiple accounts across different sectors.
• Experience at a digital marketing agency
• The ability to pitch to prospective clients.
• Great understanding of multi-channels campaigns across SEO, Content & Paid Media.
• Proven experience in managing digital accounts and projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to lead digital strategy discussions and plans.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
