Senior Ecologist Role:

• Mentor & Lead: Guide junior ecologists and ensure high standards across all projects.
• Manage Projects: Oversee a varied portfolio, delivering on-time, client-focused ecological solutions.
• Advanced Surveys: Conduct and manage fieldwork focused on protected species and habitats.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships, providing expert, tailored advice.
• Reporting & Compliance: Produce detailed, compliant reports to support planning and development.

Senior Ecologist Requirements:

• Qualified: Degree in ecology or related field, with CIEEM membership.
• Experienced: Proven ability to manage complex projects and conduct advanced surveys.
• Knowledgeable: Deep understanding of ecological legislation and survey techniques.
• Protected Species Licence/Licences
