The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Educational Psychologist to join our team. This role offers a chance to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality educational psychology services across Peterborough, supporting strategic planning and providing supervision to team members.

Senior Educational Psychologist's Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and support service delivery and strategic initiatives.
- Provide supervision for Educational Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, and Trainee Educational Psychologists.
- Embrace our consultation service delivery model and contribute positively to high-quality service.
- Develop and deliver training and supervision to school and setting staff, applying up-to-date theory and research.
- Support schools in delivering the graduated approach for children and young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience as a qualified Educational Psychologist.
- Registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
- Effective communication skills and knowledge of current practices in Educational Psychology.
- Competent in delivering training to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
