• Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
• Apply knowledge of analogue, digital, and RF technologies.
• Conduct design reviews to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards i.e. automotive (Mostly)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Altium.
• Supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, and RS485
