Senior Employment Solicitor - Wills Consultants : Job Details

About the Senior Employment Solicitor Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a highly respected law firm in Northampton. This is a varied role where you will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advising on restructures, redundancies, HR issues, data protection, and tribunal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and assisting with compliance to the Modern Slavery Act
• Providing strategic advice on large-scale restructuring, changes to terms and conditions, and redundancy processes
• Supporting clients with operational HR issues and data protection compliance
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunals

• Offering advisory support to senior leadership teams, including Boardroom disputes and strategic HR decisions
