Senior Engineering Manager - GolangBrilliant opportunity to lead a talented team of Golang Software Engineers whilst also remaining hands on yourself. Your team is responsible for building a public cloud infrastructure of the future allowing other teams to stand up a new application in minutes. How will you make a difference?

• Be a hands on leader for a team of savvy engineers whom are responsible for developing complex, large scale applications, you will drive best practice through code reviews, build and release processes and leading scrum ceremonies
• Mentor and guide team members to success; identify strengths and areas for growth in direct reports and guides them to grow in their careers while being more productive on the team
• Hands on experience with automation testing and documentation (i.e. automated, functional, and performance)
• People leader for a high functioning team of engineers (4-8 in total)
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and practices (eg. Scrum/Kanban, sprint iterations, user stories)
• Collaborate with leadership across teams to define solutions that drive greater software maturity and practices
• Strong background in software engineering and commercial experience with the following; Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD build
